Possession of things is the reason why our closets were (still are) overflowing. In an attempt to overcome this I am embarking on a project to remove all but 100 things from my life. I learned about this challenge a few months ago after stumbling across the 100 Thing Challenge on a blog written by David Bruno.
Soon I will be adding a section to Uncluttah which will allow me to first take inventory of what I currently have, and then reduce things down to meet my goal of possessing only 100 things. I am going to be tracking things along the following guidelines...

1) Articles of clothing such as pants, shirts with buttons, jackets and sweaters count as 1 item. T-shirts will count as 1/3 of a thing. Underwear and pairs of socks will be counted as 1/5 of a things.
2) Everything else that is mine alone will count as 1 of my thing.
